Our client, a leading multi-plant pharmaceutical company in the liquids/solids going into the RX/Generic and OTC markets is currently seeking a Vice President of Operational Excellence. This is a new position that reports to the President that will drive lean and standardization processes throughout the organization. The individual will help drive out inefficiencies, work on process maps, and new manufacturing programs to make each plant work with the same discipline. This person will have a background in either manufacturing/operations or quality with strong lean experience. This person needs to be a strong leader, have coaching ability and have the courage to change existing structure to make the company run leaner.
