Our client a leading multi-billion-dollar manufacturer of medical products seeks an OPM – (Outpatient Market) Director, Corporate Accounts. This is a national position.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Assigns client accounts and manages team workloads.
- Establishes and reviews schedules for client check-ins and develops policies for addressing client issues or concerns.
- Provides guidelines for upselling and cross-selling and establishes individual revenue targets.
- Personally handles larger, more complex, or more critical accounts as assigned.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.
- Manages entry to intermediate level employees of a department or a function with 1 or 2 sections. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.
Required:
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
