National Account Manager

Our client a leading contract packager of Liquid and Solid pharmaceutical products seeks a National Account Manager to work with some of their major accounts because of the company’s growth.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Identifies and qualifies prospective pharmaceutical companies with OTC and Rx products needing manufacturing or packaging services.
  • Responsible for driving new commercial contract manufacturing and packaging sales year-over-year.
  • Responsible for developing and growing existing commercial customers in target markets.
  • Responsible for representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Responsible for problem solving issues between customers and operations to achieve common goals.
  • Ready for personal challenges both short-term and long-term with professional growth.
  • Develop and lead strategic account-planning activities for individual key accounts.
  • Proactively assess customers to develop solutions in respond to these needs.

Required Skills

  • Experience selling contract services for packaging of solid dose and liquid based products.
  • Request experience with selling manufacturing of liquids, creams, or gels products.
    • Target Markets: OTC, OTC Medical Device, Rx products, Dietary Products and Cosmetics.
  • Experience with FDA cGMP.
